• No cloud storage of personal files:Information entered into the Resume Builder and images selected for the Photo & Sign Maker are processed and stored locally on your device.
• No server-side storage of your resume files: We do not upload or store your generated resumes, personal photos, or signatures on our servers as part of these features.

However, the application uses certain third-party services, such as Google Mobile Ads, Firebase, and notification services. These services may process certain technical or device-related information as described below.

3. Local Storage & Local App Data

Website features may also use browser Local Storage and cookies to remember preferences, saved items, recently viewed content, and other website functionality.

Locally stored app data is generally removed when you clear the application's data or uninstall the application. Website Local Storage and cookies can be removed through your browser settings.

4. Device Permissions & File Access

Depending on the features you use, the mobile application may request access to device capabilities such as photos/media or file storage.

• Photos & Media:Used when you select images for the Resume Builder or Photo & Sign Maker.
• File System: Used to save generated PDF resumes or processed images to your device.

These permissions are used to provide the requested functionality. Job Malayalam does not use these features to upload your personal photos, signatures, or resume files to our servers as part of the described functionality.

5. Push Notifications

The mobile application may use push notifications to provide relevant job alerts and other important application updates.

To deliver notifications, the application may obtain a push notification token associated with the app installation or device. This token may be stored in our Firebase infrastructure so that notifications can be delivered.

The push token is not intentionally combined by Job Malayalam with your name, phone number, or email address for user account identification. You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.

6. Firebase & Other Technical Services

Job Malayalam uses third-party infrastructure and services, including Google Firebase and Expo-related services, to support application functionality.

We do not use Firebase as a cloud storage location for the personal resume files, photos, or signatures created through the local tools described in this policy.
